1. Before you start the application process, please read these guidelines carefully as well as the Call for Applications, the Fellowship Guidelines, and the FAQ.
2. To start your application please register at application.vuias.org with your name and email address. Take note of the Privacy Policy for VUIAS Applications, consent and sign up. In return you will receive an email with your personal application link.
Using this link you may edit and submit your application at any time before the deadline.
Please note:
Fields marked with an * are mandatory.
Fields with character limitation will automatically cut your text once the maximal number of characters is reached.
3. To apply please provide the following:
. Personal and Institutional Information (such as name, address, academic degrees etc.)
. a Motivation Letter, specifying why you want to become a VUIAS Fellow (max. 2000 characters, spaces included)
. Project Title (max. 255 characters, spaces included) & Project Summary (max. 3200 characters, spaces included)
. a Short Bio (max. 2000 characters, spaces included)
. bibliographical information on at least three of your major Publications (max. 255 characters, spaces included), at least one of them has to be in English.
You may list up to five publications.
. four Uploads (PDF format only, 10 MB max. file size each):
1. your CV
2. the Complete List of Publications (may be in Ukrainian)
3. & 4. two Publication Samples at least one of them in English.
Click ‘Save and Next’ after each step to save your changes. You may return and modify your application any time before the deadline.
4. Once your application is complete, tick ‘Yes, my application is complete’ and click ‘Submit Application’. This action is irreversible and must be done before the application deadline.
No application will be accepted after January 31st, 2024, 2:00 pm CET.
Once the application is submitted, a summary of your application will be sent to your email. Uploaded files will not be included.
